Company should pay out the cash as a dividend to the shareholders then see what they can get for selling whatever crumbs are left, pay that cash out and be done with it. Ghezzi does not deserve an opportunity to spend our cash in any other ways. Everything he started has not worked or he is selling it. He can start anew with his own cash...he'll still do OK on this unlike most remaining shareholders.
I think someone could have a field day with all his communication and actions. There are shareholders will literally end up with a nickel or a dime on their invested dollar.
He is lecturing everyone on the markets. Maybe he can write a book on how he ran things in KNR instead of going outside his area of expertise. Small companies that delivered results did not get hammered.
