Based on the question that was posed after the NR came out I would say that it is unnecessarily confusing and I understand that it is not easy for some to acknowledge that something could have been communicated better in retrospect.

I have enough experience to know that companies will put their best foot forward and that one needs to employ some critical thinking to try to figure out the bigger picture.  One unnamed investment guru when I started investing advised not to invest into things you don't understand.  With the advent of technologies in all aspects, that  advice is hard to follow.  But with the bigger global companies, there is sufficient coverage to help you understand better. With smaller companies, you accept the high risk and caution manifests itself in the amount of capital you are willing to risk.
