DIAMOND vs SILICON vs CARBON First have to cover the topic - lab diamonds.
Over saturated markets ( forgetsboutit,)
And with that foundation I can now better explain
what idea i have. Diamond chips are about to be commercialized
2024-06-07 Diamond has emerged in the semiconductor industry in recent years and has become the focus of the industry. In order to achieve decarbonization, the industry strives for more advanced semiconductor technology. Breakthroughs in materials such as gallium nitride and silicon carbide have helped the industry surpass the limitations of silicon and are widely used in carbon reduction technologies such as renewable energy and electric vehicles. As an emerging semiconductor material, diamond is world-renowned for its hardness and brightness. It was once mainly used in jewelry, but now its characteristics show great potential in the semiconductor field and have attracted much attention. Read More....

One big difference between diamond and boron arsenide is that while diamond is an insulator, boron arsenide is a semiconductor, like silicon. Which is better carbon chip or silicon chip ? Carbon chips offer several advantages over traditional silicon-based semiconductors: 1. Performance: Carbon nanotubes and graphene-based transistors have the potential to deliver faster and more energy-efficient performance, making them ideal for high-speed computing and data processing.Sep 29, 2023
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/carbon-chips-revolution-semiconductor-technology-paranthaman I can't say too much about silics,,silicon dioxide and diamonds.
You'll have to do your own resesrch.
My idea ?
Creating lab diamonds using carbon ( HPHT ) can be time consuming.
While on the flip... one could bypass diamond and use silicon, or silicon dioxide.
Glass housing.
Acts the insulator and thermal evacuation ( prevent overheating )
Then....marry carbon chip with in or.... boron doped silicon.
Or no silicon jacket just run with the bare carbon chip.
If using the silica... one would not have to wait as long to produce vs time creating
a lab diamond.
There's silica in Berwood.
There most likely aluminum since mason has the aluminum.
And of course there's the carbon.
Imagine using activated carbon ( no oxygen ) compressed then encapsuled
in silicon dioxide jacket.
Silicon dioxide jackets could be produced faster than, diamonds.
Taiwan is the largest producer of semiconductors in the world, followed by South Korea, China, and the United States. However, many other countries including Japan, Germany, and Israel also have a significant presence in the semiconductor industry.Jan 3, 2024
Canada ( Quebec ) should jump into chip making.
Why let the US have the limelight.
Now... chip making requires very high tech + high purity.
Yes... they use the gas carbon method, BUT....
Graphite carbon is indeed different than, gas made carbon.
Natural graphite have key minerals with in.
Boron, Aluminum are superb conductor.
I wonder if....
Carbon + Aluminum = aluminum Carbide
would making aluminum carbide first - then design chip quicken the process ?
Carbon highly conductive
Aluminum highly conductive same with silicon carbide
Al4C3 SiC
LOOK.... see it ?
4 aluminum and 3 carbond.
Far more conductive than silicon carbide.
Aluminum Carbide would have more conductivity = more processing power.
Better than the single carbon silicon.
Open thoughts....
I see GEM's Corp Presentation has 2 diamond mine sales under their belt
and one member who use to work for a diamond company...interesting.
