All government tender buys lower price product and services.

This is how bombardier train divisions won so many contracts. And we all know how great quality they were.

Bombardier is also at a disadvantages of being a Canadian company. India - Canada relation isn't great thanks to the liberals. Can't harbour terrorists supporting violence in India and expect India to do nothing.
