Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

If you are referencing me when you say "pro"....................I am not a pro, but I did get it correctly so not sure why you keep harping otherwise, other than to try and antogonize again. As for your call, kind of hard to miss when you use a range like you did. Sounds just like Rumpled4skin proclaiming they got something right then looking for praises. Not interested in your pettiness, told you that numerous times already. I think most of the board has now tuned into your multiple imaginary friends, have no desire to entertain any of them.
