Musings:

Musings:Recently NBC bought the shares of IAUX held by Equinox. Banks tend to be conduits and not terminal acquirers. Some currently yet to be revealed entity has a buy agreement with NBC for those shares. Are they perhaps out there accumulating the shares being puked by scared and weak hands? I think so. If I intended to purchase a company, I would certainly attempt to corral as many shares as I could prior to announcement. With respect to the JV, why the heck would I agree to purchase a portion of a project that obligates me to fund the major portion of the buildout? That is rather "stoopid". Why would I not just buy the whole domed company for the same price. Then, I could just sell the gold projects (Canadian pronunciation) and the roaster to lower the purchase price even more. Yep, I would imagine that the prospective JV candidate came to the very same conclusion and the DD process had to be enlarged and pivoted to accommodate the purchase of the entire IAUX. Additionally, there may even be a Spinco contemplation. These matters are complicated and take time. Just my $0.04.
