The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly base dividend of $0.180 per common share, payable on June 28, 2024 to shareholders of record as of June 14, 2024.

- IF you SELL TODAY, TRADE will SETTLE on FRIDAY June 14,2024 and you will NO LONGER BE a SHAREHOLDER of RECORD and be ELIGIBLE for DIVIDENDS
