That's a very definitive statement. 

Let's hope the timeline is accurate. 

The market isn't discounting any positive news at all.

Volume is good today, price is yet to be determined. 

Two hours is a long time in the market. 

50 cents on 597000 shares?

This needs a strong close on 800k+ shares to attract meaningful attention.
