RIGHT or WRONG ? Graphite and Lead.
They each resemble each other in a residue ( smear effect ).
Yet... their mass atomic weights are at opposite spectrums lead being the heavier.
Statistical analysises of deposits around the world lead and graphite are onlu
found together at an approx 2.5% rate.
I do love marhematical and scientific mysteries
but this anomaly might have me stumped.... maybe. lol
It's like hydrogen,
once thought to never be apart of the moecular structure of, rocks.
Yet it can be, hydrides.
Or how about oxygen,
Always thought it was only gaseous yet, some are suggesting there could be
actual oxgen forms of, rock. If oxygen can form as an oxide to minerals then,
it's not really that inconcievable.
Mineral solids can turn to liquids then gases.
Marry this with other gases, hydrogen, nitrogen, fluroine, sulphur, oxygen,
and mix match relationships... it's no wonder the puzzle of minerals run deep.
So what's my new take on graphite ?
If lead were ever a solid form of carbon it's decay residue would fit the graphite
ideology perfectly.
Just maybe ( lead ) has not been resesrched enough.
What scientist wold want to write a thesis on lead ?
There's no flair, no excitement... Lead is just lead.
If every mineral has a solid form, then lead just might be graphites form.
Graphite be the transitional ?
My second reasoning ?
Graphite is an apparent allotrope.
Takes on many forms.
Turns to carbon.
And it's carbon can attach to other minerals.
Carbonate forms.
Smoking Gun ?
It can also apparently turn to crystal.
CSV diamonds are created using methane carbon ( organic )
Yet... if one probes deeper they also use... hydrogen gas in a hydroxide form.
Form of water.
HPHT diamonds use natural carbon but....
impregnate, seed the carbon with diamond crystal.
Still, not enough clues.
If just using carbon for each process then it would be a definitive answer
= just carbon. without the cheat of seeding diamond crystal or hydrogen.
If i pull forward silicon dioxide and diamonds,
each are crystal both vaporize into thin air with specific heat 850 - 1200 degrees.
= meshes back into the gaseous air... which harbors other gases.
Dry air contains 78.08% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 0.93% argon, 0.04% carbon dioxide, and small amounts of other gases. Air also contains a variable amount of water vapor, on average around 1% at sea level, and 0.4% over the entire atmosphere.
Air is just not air... several other gases in play.
Add, inclusions in natural diamonds, bubbles, fissures, cracks...
Bubbles = gas inclusions.
Carbon, carbonates.
Likes to form 2,3,4 satallite oribitals with other minerals.
3 is diamond imprint, 4 is cubical. ( crystal templates )
Yet... only a single bond with silica.
I'm now arriving at, silica or...
silicon dioxide would be the smoking gun.
Silica is the primary crystal in, rocks, minerals.
Silicate crystal gass.
Silicon metal with in.
= Carbon being the residue of, the ????
Crystal or Silicon metal ?
Carbon in graphite.
Graphite = Srong correlation to, Crystal and Silica metal.
Silica = singular constructs 1:1 ration and primary for computer chips.
Yet... only one electron.
Carbon = Graphite = 2, 3, 4+ electrons.
Thus... carbon being superior over silicon yet strongly related just diff form.
I'm now leaning towards...
Graphite / Carbon is a derivative of, Silica / Silicon.
But in a residual form with the vantage of several orbital molecules that
are in construct of, 3 pyramid /diamond, or 4 cubical.
Graphite / Carbon broken down into small decays ( grease / soots )
offering multiple bonds that can handle multiple electrons vs parent silicate primary.
Those are my NEW thoughts.
Whether right or wrong.....it's one step close in my own reasoning.
lol
