NOUVEAU MONDE

I'm baffled as to why Nouveau Monde chose Mason ?
Yes, Mason's graphite resource is high grade BUT....
Mason + Focus are aside of the LAKE.
= Tough to obtain mining permits.
Nouveau was think grade not futuring mining permits.

Look were Berwood is.... well away from the lake.
Far larger lands.... Very similar grades to Mason.
Nouveau wasn't thinking.
Yet... happy that Nouveau didn't target Berkeood given the cheap deal
Mason entered with Nouveau.

What happens when Nouveau dilutes more shares ?
= Mason's percentage ownership in NOU - loses value. ( soul sell )
