my view

my viewI have been off-line for the past two days on account of a holiday but I am back.

The share buyback is fine with me. The sellers may have  thought that the buyback price was the fmv of the shares. I don't see it that way. The family  agreed to sell their shares at a discount which  is what would  have happened if they were sold to a fund etc. It is much better to take the shares out of circulation.

I sold 2.5%  of my shares on Tuesday at $20.40 and I intend to  buy them all back tomorrow.
