Its France properties include Gaia, Arcueil, Delizy, Metropolitan, Sabliere, and Baldi. Its Germany properties include Trio, Kosching, Neu Isenburg, Stuttgart, Bad Homburg, and Duisburg. Bids are coming back

Bids are coming back As soon as the stock touched 0.81 several bids shown up and provided support. So there are buyers out there. 
I think this may be the new bottom. I don't think we will get back to 0.69 again, this was an exeptional day because of the dividend cut annoucement.  Lots of people wanted out with nobody to buy the shares which created this flash crash. 
With more interest rate cuts to come more buyers will come back. This is an unbelievable bargain.
