Wifi back in the old 802.11g days, which Yfi lived in until, well, today, with their sudden and unrequited embrace of a faster protocol, was the dark ages. Downloading a moderately sized file was an hours long slog. So getting wifi up to speed (chuckle) with something remotely close to Ethernet was a priority. As in any business those priorities shift. Now you can get, as I can at home, 800 Mbps on wifi. So QoS and wide coverage are the game today. As a dimwit you just aren't able to see how strategies are dynamic and in the biz of tech constantly shifting. Maybe take a breath and try and learn something from the adults
