LOL. Another dimwit comment. The whole "I’m getting slowed down" argument was based on the fact that old 802.11b/g devices clogged up the network. Also, AP's were less able to handle traffic, had poor range and in large spaces did not have adequate coverage and capacity. Basically everything in this old scenario has changed. And based on the fact no one in the industry is buying yfi product it's pretty clear they don't see them as a required solution. Or maybe it's because they have nothing to sell. Take your pick.

I will say one thing. The guys who invented wifi3 had a good idea for 2003. Their strategy was good. I will always wonder why it didn't have success. All I know is they shut down after 3 years and I’m sure the reason for that is why Yfi hasn't had any success since ECS bought the tech in 2006.
