Mgmt holds shares and if there is a nice premium - and there should be - they'll make good money. Similarly, I don't see Nolan as being difficult, rather RIO is probably the culprit.
With HCU holding 25% of ETG and SAND holding something like 34% of HCU (and Nolan personally owning 10%+), he would like to see ETG sold and HCU getting a windfall. Since HCU went public, and very thinly traded, their share price has gone no where. When/if ETG is sold, HCU stock would jump dramatically, leading to a bump in SAND's share price.
