Buyback….

Buyback….How's that share buyback coming???  The "wall" of 129,000 shares sits there stopping the run.... and the CEO says he started a buyback as the shares were a good price....  so????  Why not spend $60k and buy up that block??  Where is the CEO??  What is he doing / what has he done to create shareholder value??  Years lost.  Do something.
