Water Conservation NR

Water Conservation NRTyler,
As I stated previously, please read my post about the NR.
In it I stated the following:
""Regarding the supply side, the total city supply is 2,480 Acre-feet of adjudicated basin water rights comprised of 1,974 Acre Feet of 100% city owned deeded adjudicated basin water rights at the end of the year, plus an additional 506 Acre Feet of adjudicated deeded basin water rights in the form of leases for a total annual supply of 2,480 Acre Feet."

In the year 2023 the City consumed 1710AF of water. (My assumption is this is an actual volume and not an adjudicated voulme)
If the City had a total of 2480AF of adjudicated water (in total that year) by multipling it by 0.66 (the pumpable amount) that would equate to 1637AF.
1710AF minus 1637AF = 73AF or a deficit of 73AF and not a surplus of 770AF.

The point of the question basically came down to, why would the City states its "consumed" water amount in adjudicated water rights terms and not "actual" as it states. I still question Duffman's response but who cares.
I'm not sure exactly what you want me to admit about being wrong?
It was simply a reasonable question in which I was looking for clarity.
Duffman said he spoke with the City and beyond that I don't really care because the end result is irrelevant.
