lol.  Yeah I was forced to work there.  Large tech company forced me to go there.  I worked for a large tech firm in EVERY province.  Nowhere but Vancouver island it took three times as long to finish a project.  Even Ottawa looked like a fast paced workforce compared to there.   The embarrassing islander reputation must have been started due to Vancouver island.   Other islands where ok.  Hawaii, I had no problems, PEI was ok too.  

Vancouver island, God help them.  really nice people though.  They always wanted to go for coffee or have lunch, 2,3 times a day.  Lol
