Bankruptcy OR Cheap-O buyout looming..........Like a large dark cloud.......hovering over them over the horizon.......
Which of those two dismal fates..... will it be?
As the company cannot continue operating in this fashion, taking all these significant heavy losses quarter AFTER quarter .....AND having VERY limited options to re-finance to bail themselves out. Imo, NOW it's only a matter of time.....and a question of not IF but WHEN one of those fates becomes an actual reality. So which one do the odds favor....and is more likely in the next 12, 18 months.......?
Imo.....odds are split right down the middle 50/50.......and it can go either way. The only way s/h can cmoe out of this with something and not lose their entire investment here is IF BB has something somewhat "valuable" .......something worth buying in it's hands.....and there's an interested party out there .....someehwerethat "MOGHT" pony up a few bucks to take it off their hands........BUT that's a BIG IF...........other than tha....t you're defintely looking at Chapter 11 BK in about 12 to 18 months....
From an investor standpoint & risk......i think it's best if folks stay/remain on sidelines on this particular investment.......as it's not worth taking the gamble to hold out for something better than current pricing......as the risks FAR outweight any potential rewards.....
Just my two cents......And just so you know FYI....I've called it pretty accurately.. 100% correct...so far for the past few years......up to now....
