RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:L'investisseur avisé: Bart vend 8,500 actions(La Presse)I'll be glad to answer your questions from above Johnney. Even though I put you on ignore, I took you off today to answer your question. Please be-have here, and we'll all be good.

By posting here today, you obviously didn't sell. Had you sold at $50 when you disappeared, you would have missed out on this climb to $90, as you know. I've already said on this board here before that I won't be selling before $135 range, which I believe we will get to in mid to late 2025, if not earlier.

Now why am I NOT worried about this insider selling?

The way I see it is, these guys are getting shares for insentives every year as part of their negotiated salary. So Bart D included along with Sislian, Gallagher, et al, are top executives. They'll always get more promotional shares as incentives for their hard work EVERY YEAR. So why keep these Incentive shares when they will get more next year? They all have families and expenses like me and you every year, so they sell some of these, and maybe keep a core position to get to the higher prices. NOTHING WRONG THERE. Where I would worry about this if I were you from Insider selling is, if you see the EM's and Bart D selling a much larger position. When they all sell their whole position, that means something is up. So NOW, I don't have the fear that they are selling a small position here, do you? The other question of why some of these Insiders sold now is, that the SP is fairly high. Don't worry about them waiting for the $120 range to sell, they'll get a lot more shares from the company next year, and every year after that too. They may sell them again next year when the SP is at the $120 to $150 range too. But right now they have some more things to take care of with their personal business too. It's just that simple. They're reducing their exposure to the Bomber shares, because they want to buy some Bank shares that may give dividends too (just saying)..If I had the amount of shares these guys have for free, I would reduce my position too, when I know that more are coming every year.

I hope this answers your questions of what I think is going on right now. As far as I'm concerned, it's all good. Cheers
