Getting put on a cease trade order and seeing the real value of your company's stock drop 90% on the Pink Sheets where it continues to trade isn't much of a tactic to raise funds. Neither is employing a logical fallacy by claiming being "months closer" (to doing nothing) inspiring any buying.
