Not much of a tactic to raise fundIn a situation like this - management either throws in the towel or what else but hold up info and wait for good results. A hope that share price will be supported and probably get a lift after CTO is off. Even that is not a sure thing to management and shareholders. This is the situation until time is up and company is going to another chapter, final or what not.
