The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I pity your lack of understanding... Artis is buying D... weakness is therefore positive... Samir/Artis/Sandpiper will gobble it up, chop it up pieces, and sell it... how far you think he gets before he recovers the entire purchase price... half? Go kick rocks kid...
