Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Artis unit price will be higher in 6-12 months? I'm pretty sure I made this bet via my investment in call options... I've been smashing a decade worth of TJ's returns YTD and taking profits and rolling into H&R along the way.

TJ dosnt "own" anything. If think something is going down -- you short or you shut your pie if you don't have anything of value to add to the conversation. TJ can't get past the macro and appears to fail to apply it everywhere possible. lol. On mute u go. Don't even want to hear you and your alter ego Snakey. I bet youll say something witty and very rude. I'm so bummed that future me won't see it. Toddlers my little groupie.
