However, they do suggest that any sale of the Company will be pushed out until capital markets will allow for it. This could take some time and judging by some of the dates in the Arrangements there is likely no takeover or sale in the near term.
I think that the Mr Rosenberg and the Company did not get interest close enough to what they consider to be fair value for the Company, and thus the Arrangement and leadership changes. Otherwise, if something was on the near horizon, they would not have made these moves now.
So yes, this cleans up matters quite a bit but the runway for a sale now looks longer, in my view.
