WHAT RETAIL INVESTOR OR MONEY MANANGER

Held reits for 2.5 years during a hiking cycle and is deciding to sell now..(even though I am tempted given how they dropt hem everyday). Who is actually selling and why, I only see foreign money exiting if they are worried about currency being hit. The volume is not even big on most reits
