The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. there's another reit bull on other boards called 'canadian', he thinks reits are under presure cause retail investors are throwing in the towel to pay their HELOC and mortgages...not sure I buy it but

at least its a theory

imagine having reits trade at same level as when cad 10 year was almost 100bp higher
