Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Wait a second, doesn't Michael Cooper still own about a million shares more than Artis? It seems to me Artis will have to keep gobbling up D.UN units for another year or so before achieving parity.

A move on Cooper may be in the offing, but it will be in the far offing.
