Using some low/moderate revenue estimates and 3 X revenue, I get a ballpark estimate of C$1.52- $1.65 value per WELL share for the US assets Circle and Wisp.

This stock looks like a no-brainer as THE WAY to play the doctor shortage in Canada.I live in one of the most desirable retirement destinations in Canada: the Okanagan Valley. Big time shortage of doctors, so I can imagine the situation in Badger, Nfld or Kenora, Ont. How about Coronation, Alberta???
I think the biggest (investment) problem with this stock is the fear of Canadians that if someone makes a profit from the health care system, that must be stamped out. I think that's the perception anyway.
