This PP offering, even if fully subscribe, is a stop-gap measure.

BONE needs around $2.5-3M (+ 2 years of Tim's salary) before they can submit the Part 3 documents.
No way now that the SP will increase sufficiently to finance this through PPs.
Who are these faithfuls throwing money at BONE ?
What are they thinking ?
What were they told ?
