lol I literally told you I had 6000 free shares.   It's a tiny holding in the scope of investments.   That said,  Grb really f'd this one up.   I don't know how the press releases he has made can be made without them lying through their teeth, but I'm sure he said something that will keep him out of legal trouble.

as we have all discussed with water rights the city has enough but they entered into this pact with improper procedure and then dealt with the water district in bad faith.   It appears jeff can be hard to deal with and his my way or the highway attitude puts his head too far out above his ski's.    

it's not over by any means but this is a minimum 2 month delay.... again!

poor work by management of a "world class" company.

the only good news is that the market appears to have priced this in to the stock.
