HR as a comparable

HR as a comparable

HR REIT is the best comparable reit there is for Artis... not a lot of CDN reits to choose from... I have in the past broken down HR by asset type and compared it on a component basis to similar portfolios of pure plays... but that's not ideal either...

all this to say - if others are looking at HR as *the* comparable for Artis, the way I do... that dislocation has only widened recently.

I have rolled a decent chunck of my Artis which was purchased at or below $6 into HR this week... very curious to see how this pair trades moving forward. I still hold a core position in Artis along with my aforementioned call options. These are still by and large by #1 and #2 reit holdings.
