The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. I would not be surprised if Canada cuts more aggressively for the rest of the year. I believe the damage has already been inflicted from this hiking cycle and they will be reactive to a weakening economy. This happens almost every single time the central bank raises interest rates aggressively. It is often followed by aggressive interest rate cuts of similar magnitude. 

Canada will go through a tougher time this time around than they did during the GFC.

It cannot always be rainbows and unicorns.
