Do we know the new percentage that Artis owns directly by themselves in Dream Office and does Artis still own a sizeable position in First Capital? Maybe Artis should start buying Dream Unlimited (DRM) where they own a part of several of the Dream entities. What is the end game here-consolidation and sell assets at or near full value to reduce leverage? Is Artis just holding public REITS to flip them when the unit prices recover? Trying to understand what the long term play is here and how it creates long term value and a sustainable great business.

I've been a long suffering unit holder since 2009..but continue to DRIP my monthly distribution..sediment seems to be at an all time low for public REITs and if Samir can sell assets at or near full value and repurchase preferreds or units at a heavy discount and great public REIT units at a discount then I'm willing to wait until the sector turns..I'm actually in no rush for the sector to turn because deep discounts like this shouldn't last forever and I want Samir to buy when things are on sale. GLTA.
