RE:RE:RE:Something very important brewing at SWAN.Will101,
You stated "I have been very patient with GRA the last few years, being baited by the "so close to have the financing for VoltaXplore" jawboning, or a commercial partnership, or an acceleration in sales of graphene.....In fact, anything to justify the current valuation at multiple of sales for a company growing sales at close to single digits who is not a software SAAS company."
NanoXplore representatives previously let it be known that approximately $350 Million, from a total of $500 Million, of VoltaXplore build capital had been secured, presumably from would be VoltaXplore partners, offtake purchase agreement issuing customers and would be VoltaXplore equity investors.
Mr. Soroush Nazarpour & Co suggested that approximately $150 Million in additional capital investment was , at that time, needed and that such amount of acquired capital would not be raised by way of any NanoXplore equities issuance.
I had floated the idea that it's possible we NanoXplore "minority" equities investors would be the last ones to be told of the VoltaXplore 2 Gwh graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility build "idea" perhaps having been scrapped.
Alas, perhaps you are correct, i.e. perhaps it would be possible that everything ever said about VoltaXplore by NanoXplore management was part in parcel representing what could ultimately become known as "the VoltaXplore baited hook" maneuver.
Hmm? It could be that a globally recognized battery cells manufacturer and such a company's automaker partner have suggested all three companies enter into a joint venture commercialization partnership relating to the massive scale manufacturing of all NanoXplore proprietary graphene enhanced battery component materials; this as part of the five year strategic business development investment initiative?
After all, why build the 2 GWh capacity manufacturing facility when NanoXplore proprietary battery component materials process manufacturing lines can be added to such a joint venture commercialization partners' dedicated graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility; with that initial 10 year and 1GWh per annum offtake purchase agreement awarded to VoltaXplore by an unnamed heavy commercial vehicles manufacturer being fulfilled by the proposed globally recognized battery cells manufacture partner at the joint venture graphene enhanced battery cells manufacturing facility?
Yes. VoltaXplore was always the baited hook, so to speak.
Perhaps we are going to have to wait until closer to the end of this year in order to discover whether NanoXplore representatives managed to land "a big one", so to speak.
