Steady State? Meaningless without % nameplate or % vented

Steady State? Meaningless without % nameplate or % ventedI wish Andrew would think before speaking.  If in fact Andrew has good news, he should put numbers to it.  Without a news release that the steady state is maintaining at or above a specific percentage of nameplate, and with an associated vent ratio, we really have no idea if they are in fact moving forward, or setting up suckers for yet another private placement.

Recent news releases have all fizzled do to a lack of transparency or accountablity, and now signal further dilution to those disillusioned investors who have spent time and resources on the name.

If Andrew wants his news release to reflect in the market, he needs to be a lot more specific as to what steady state RHC Stevevile has achieved.  For example, a conservative minimum percentage of NET nameplate capacity as experienced over the last four weeks would do wonders for sentiment.
