I voted No to the Alamos Gold  / Argonaut merger. I personally think it is a rip off. Argonauts 15 year high is $11. , it is now at 41 cents,(3.7%)  where Alamos 15 year high is $23.60, it is at $21.33. (90.3%} They are giving you .0185 of an Alamo share that is close to its 15 year high for your Argo share thats closer to its all time low. I am wondering if the board is getting an under the table  kickback to try to push this merger through. I think they are not serving the best interests of their shareholders.
