RE:expiration of optionsAssuming they are in any negotiations what so ever, they would not be able to exercise options.
That being they would have insider information the rest of public does not.
I'm much more interested in the on- going share price end of day support.
While some like to go on & on about option packages.
excerside or not etc.
I find that knowledge not significant, as follows.
1. utilizing options, is a personal decision. We have no idea the individual financial situations, at the times to exercise.
2. There are reporting rules, which by their nature are seldomly in real time. Being after the fact.
3. There are insider rules at times blocking the ability to trade in/ out etc, during times of negotiations. None of which we may ever know about, unless a deal becomes public for shareholders approval.
Meaning, looking for data, that could be not conclusive & certainty not important.
What I do know, Matt & other insiders, while they don't own boatloads of shares, have never sold any.
One exception, a director that was leaving, sold a small portion in December 2019, That was the famous short squeeze. Why did she sell some?
Cloud be to pay for a newyears cruise. Point is we don't know.
Other interesting side note. Precluding that spike. All of the executives did buy shares on open market. Helping the upward spiral of the short squeeze.
Way way back, I'm believing Brad T was largest shareholder with over 2 million shares. Dr. Matt had just a few over 1 million.
Being pre reverse split. Now he holds just over 100k shares.
Somewhat off topic I know. Since not much else coming to light yet, worth a chat.
Back to my end of day SP support?
being 3:30, a few minutes to go.
Yesterday was a string of many. Again not large volumr or huge. Just enough to stabilize the S.P.
NAS is closed today. Giving the hard working bashers the day off.
My opinion? Until the update from FDA type C meeting is reported, nothing will be done regarding a business deal.
The report is quite significant & could change direction, timing & cost if MBc phase 3.
The report nit thst far off. Worth waiting. For all concerned.
