Another rocket science call. Wanna tighten that up a bit Gazoo. After could mean anytime genius. Just the other day you said reits will drop thirty percent when the fed starts cutting. Just like Rumple, if you take all possible outcomes kinda hard to be wrong........but also kinda hard to be right also. I just know you'll find a way to twist it to appear you are correct though, won't you TJ? If you can learn how to behave I can give you some lessons on how to apply your theory.
