The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

Just the other day you said reits will drop thirty percent when the fed starts cutting. Just like Rumple, if you take all possible outcomes kinda hard to be wrong........but also kinda hard to be right also. I just know you'll find a way to twist it to appear you are correct though, won't you TJ? If you can learn how to behave I can give you some lessons on how to apply your theory.
