Research capital marketing?  Does mktg = lower share price?  I took a look at RC deals on TUD since end of 2021.............pretty ugly imho.  Every deal was done a nice discount to market (or no fat premium on FT) and every deal has been done at a lower price.  Every one!  So you mentioning RC does not give me comfort.  I already know they need $$$$, but just dont think RC, i mho, is the way to go based on what ive seen.
