The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

That every freakin REIT deserves an extra +75bp of yield relative to the 10 year bond then it did a few weeks ago. Whether you're an industrial reit, a resdential or high quality retail

Either its "the final" orchestrated flush Ive been calling for quite sometime

Or, bond yields will reise a lot soon again, and VNQ will get flushed as well.....and XRE just got a head start
