Getting the DOD and Canadian government to pony up money for testing both lights and heavies REE, yes. Getting five OEMs still talking about outtake agreements, yes. Getting the state of LA to pony up 15 million in tax breaks , yes. Getting the begining of a commerial plant like the building and engineering, yes.
So no the man has done nothing that the market can gives a hoot about. The market is only impressed with funding.
Okay, I agree it is a long shot that Ucore announances funding on the 4th. But one can hope, per chance to dream.
