RE:RE:RE:Water rights Imagining all those pain and suffering could be solved by selling the sage ranch 2years ago .  Or simply settle the lawsuit with water district by paying their legal expenses..  but no !  our genius  had to ruin it  for everyone..  Now im afraid is too late to negotiate with the water district without any bargaining chips .  All those nasty attack to water district  in news releases,  i am sure they already saw all of them , there is no turning back ..
