«La grande question est de determiner si la Banque Nationale paye une prime trop importante. 100%, elle est sans doute trs elevee. Toutefois, en creusant un peu, on constate que le prix paye est de 1,57 fois la valeur intrinseque de l’entreprise, alors que la Banque Royale a paye 2,5 fois la valeur intrinseque des actifs de HSBC Canada», explique Meny Grauman. 

L’analyste conserve sa recommandation de «performance egale au secteur» sur le titre de Banque Nationale, de meme que son cours cible sur un an de 123 $.
