RE:RE:Any opinion on how NCU BK effects TFPM's investment? If I had a better idea than you, I wouldn't be asking.  LOL  

What bothers me is that by allowing the situation to remain unclear, creditors (i.e. shareholders) can’t file objections to the proceedings.
