In the May Earthgrid video Troy says they have $7B+ in contracts to tunnel 24000 kms across the USA. He also says they have the money, so there is a bit of contradiction with regards to both statements about having the money for the project and then saying potentially they will order more torches once more funding arrives. Both statements were made by Troy himself.
