I'm quite sure it was about $48,000.
I follow many companies, and I have for many years, and I don't recall many, if any of them, awarding their CEO's a retroactive payment to cover CPI increases for years long gone by.
It really is unusual, but it must have been well-deserved.
It was approved by the board.
Here's a challenge for the pumpers before they scoff my comment.
Find another Canadian company that's done it.
