The beginning of the slide seems to coincide with the announcement of bringing Pret into the restaurants. Why would they think it's a good idea to share space with a competitor? In my opinion they should have kept the Chubby Chicken and ice cream. Great memories of going there as a kid and now I never go there. Good luck to all.
