RE:RE:RE:IT HAS TO BE NOWok. but canada already in the doldrums. real estate different here because of historically high levels of new immigration and lack of new construction across all asset classes. in 12-months we'll be counting on our two hands how much time that filthy tyrant trudeau has left in power and people should be getting bullish on canada well before that in my view. so we'll see. think the time to buy is now but feel like when we know for sure it will be too late. that's how it usually works from my experience.
