Then, Mexico can protest any seizures, however, as a party to NAFTA having just lost an arbitration case involving violation of NAFTA agreements they will have no leg to stand upon if they want to attempt to reverse any seizures.
SVBL is getting financial backing since this is basically a slam-dunk case and the lawyers know it. The bigger question will be what happens at the end of the rainbow? Does SVBL issue a one time dividend to all shareholders, liquidate and then close shop or do they stay in existence and take the $$ and attempt to start up exploration in another locale? Who knows, maybe ARRAS will absorb the company by acquiring it to utilize the cash. At least things seem to be progressing well in Kazakhstan.
